Stéphane Loyer hangs up his gloves

 By Douggy Berneche

After more than 132 boxing galas, dozens of fights organized around the globe, and more than 15 years dedicated to the professional boxing industry, Stéphane Loyer is retiring from the profession of matchmakers. Now best known for his remarkable work as organizer of official fights for EOTTM, Loyer has left his mark on the history of Quebec boxing in an indelible way.

Stéphane's adventure in the world of boxing began when he helped his friend Stéphane “BRUTUS” Tessier negotiate a fight in France. This simple act ignited the flame that led him to become one of the most respected figures in the industry. Throughout his career, he developed an extensive network of contacts across the world, becoming a master of matchmaking for prestigious events such as those of EOTTM, Groupe GYM, Interbox, and many others, as well as all events organized by CANADA FIGHTING CLUB

Based in the South Shore region of Montreal, Stéphane specializes in the organization of full galas, thus contributing to the growth of boxing in Quebec and beyond. His reputation as a relentless professional, generous with his time and extremely efficient has left an everlasting mark on the world of Quebec boxing.

Although Stéphane hangs up his gloves as matchmakers, he remains open to new opportunities in the world of boxing. However, it is clear that the time has come for him to turn the page on this facet of his career.

In conclusion, Stéphane Loyer leaves behind an impressive legacy in the world of Quebec boxing. His invaluable contribution will not soon be forgotten. We wish him a well-deserved retirement and much success in his future endeavors.

Happy retirement, my boyfriend!
