Returns and Exchanges
How can I return or exchange an item?
Contact us at info@canadafighting.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must accompany all returns and exchanges).
Exchange Policy Details
- NOTE : Items on sale and/or purchased during a promotion are neither refundable nor exchangeable – FINAL SALE.
- When using Sezzle as a payment option, note that no reimbursement of Sezzle user fees will be made if the item(s) purchased during this transaction must be reimbursed.
- Exchanges will not be processed without an RMA number. You can request an RMA number by email at info@canadafighting.com.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product exchange. The shipping cost for an exchange is 16 CAD $+ txs. Click here to pay for the return.
- Item must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the product exchange and responsible for shipping the item with the postal company of their choice before a refund is issued. (Note that we will have to charge $16+tx for shipping costs, even if they were not charged to customers on initial shipment.)
- We require our customers to obtain tracking numbers on returned goods from their shipper. It is mandatory to require an authorized signature associated with the shipment of the exchange. Note that we are in no way responsible for lost, missing, stolen return packages, any damaged product, incorrect mailing address or error related to delivery.
- All returned products must be returned in their original unopened packaging and must not be used unless returned due to a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request for an opened and / or used item.
- The RMA number should be placed/written on the outside of the box.
- Please ensure that the package is sent to the correct address for all exchanges:

- To ensure prompt resolution of issues, shortages or receipt of wrong item must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order.
- Returns will be processed within 3 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
- We will send you an email notification when the exchange has been made.
- This policy does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from the use of our products.
- Exchanges of items that were not purchased directly from us cannot be returned using this process. Please contact the original retailer for exchange instructions.
