Refund policy

 

Return, exchange and Refund Policy Details

  • NOTE: Items on sale and/or purchased during a promotion or with a promo code are neither refundable nor exchangeable – FINAL SALE.
  • When using Sezzle as a payment option, note that no refund of Sezzle usage fees will be made if the item(s) purchased during that transaction need to be refunded.
  • The item must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

Submit a Return Request

Click on the profile icon in the store navigation, or go to the refund or returns policy page, then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order for which you wish to make a return.
  6. If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  7. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store, and indicate whether it's an exchange or a return.
  8. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email containing the shipping instructions. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the product exchange and must ship the item with the postal company of their choice before a refund is issued.
  • The shipping cost for an exchange is CAD $20 + tax. Click here to pay for the return. Note that we will need to charge CAD $20 + tax for shipping costs, even if they were not charged to customers on the initial shipment.
  • We ask our customers to obtain tracking numbers from their shipper for the returned goods. It is mandatory to require an authorized signature related to the shipment of the exchange. Note that we are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen return packages, any damaged products, incorrect postal addresses, or delivery errors.
  • All returned products must be returned in their original unopened packaging and must not be used unless returned due to a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request for an opened and/or used item.

  • To ensure prompt resolution of issues, shortages or the receipt of an incorrect item must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order.
  • Returns will be processed within 3 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
  • For an order having benefitted from free delivery given a total amount before taxes of $375.00, and the refund made reduces the total amount of this order to less than $375.00, the regular delivery amount that should have applied will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • We will send you a notification by email once the exchange has been processed.

  • This policy does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from the use of our products.
  • Exchanges of items that were not purchased directly from us cannot be returned using this process. Please contact the original retailer for instructions on exchanges.
  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method, provided that the item is returned within 10 days of purchase.
