Cancellation of the “Découverte” Gala Scheduled for April 17, 2026

Sainte-Thérèse, Québec — Promoter Canada Fighting Club announces the cancellation of the professional boxing gala “Découverte,” which was scheduled to take place on April 17 at Salle Jean-Michel-Bergot at Académie Sainte-Thérèse. This decision follows circumstances beyond the promoter’s control that affected the event’s fight card.

In recent days, the organization unfortunately lost the main event that was scheduled to headline the evening. Despite intensive efforts to secure a replacement opponent on short notice, it was not possible to confirm a bout that met the sporting and regulatory requirements necessary to proceed with the event.

Regarding tickets already sold, full refunds will be issued to all purchasers in the coming days. Buyers will receive confirmation and further details via the email address used at the time of purchase.
