Canada Fighting Club has officially confirmed the main event of its Révolution 2 gala, which will mark the return of the "Jamaican Juggernaut," Shakeel Phinn (26-3-2, 17 KOs). Ranked as the WBC's No. 13 super middleweight contender, Phinn is determined to give his opponent a tough fight and erase any lingering bitterness from his last bout against Erik Bazinyan, which ended in a rather controversial draw.

For this occasion, Phinn will face Argentina’s Facundo Nicolas Galovar (15-12-2, 9 KOs), an opponent known for his resilience and tenacity. A regular on Quebec rings, Galovar will fight in La Belle Province for the third time, having gone the distance against Wilkens Mathieu and Mehmet Unal. Having challenged world-class contenders such as Albert Ramirez and Pablo Ezequiel Corzo, the Argentine promises to push Phinn to the limit while giving him the opportunity to stay active.

Super middleweight Stephane Fondjo (13-1, 9 KOs) will make his Montreal debut as the undercard to his Donnybrook Boxing Gym training partner on the same card. It's safe to say this powerful puncher, competing in one of boxing's most exciting divisions, will dazzle the audience with an explosive performance in this scheduled 8-round bout.

In addition to these two matchups, Révolution 2 will showcase the rising stars of Quebec boxing. The lineup includes Alex Perron (1-0) against Blaze Sylvestre (1-1) in a rematch, along with Stéphane Barthélémy (pro debut), Yoan Trottier (0-1), Winner Bondo (2-0), Marcy Chery (0-1), and Sophie Le Grand (pro debut).

In the meantime, follow Canada Fighting’s social media channels and blog to stay updated on professional boxing news from here and abroad. Tickets for Révolution 2 are available through La Tohu’s box office.
