Our pickup service is now available. Simply visit our store at 2127 Bélanger Street, Montreal, Quebec H2G 1C3 to have your order delivered to you in person.
Before heading to our store, wait for the confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup: "Your order is ready." Please allow at least 1 to 2 days for your order to be ready. Once you receive this email, here are the instructions:
- When you arrive at our point of sale, please wait for an attendant to answer your order. Please note that pickup hours are only Monday to Wednesday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM (excluding major holidays and public holidays).
- Please give your five-digit order number to one of our representatives.
- Have a photo ID card and your purchase receipt with you.
*Please note that you have 10 days to pick up your order. After this time, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded. Do not visit the store without receiving confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
Return period : 10 days following purchase.
