Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Wednesday only (excluding major holidays).

Our pick-up service is now available. Simply show up at the door of our sales outlet at 2127 rue Bélanger, Montreal, Quebec H2G 1C3, and your order will be given to you in person.

Before going to our point of sale, please wait until you receive the “Your order is ready” email confirming that your order is ready for pick-up. Please allow at least 1-2 days for your order to be ready. Once you've received this e-mail, follow these instructions:

Once you have arrived at our point of sale, please wait for an attendant to respond. Please note that pick-up hours are only Monday to Wednesday between 12:00 and 17:00 (excluding major holidays and statutory holidays).
Please give your five-digit order number to one of our attendants.
Please have your photo ID and purchase receipt with you.
*Please note that you have 10 days to collect your order. After this period, the order will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed. Do not go to the store without receiving confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
