Returns, exchanges and products

The available sizes are indicated for each of the models that we have in store. If your size is not listed, it is because we are temporarily out of stock. 

We have a sizing chart for each shoe model to help you determine which size is the right one.  

Our exchange or refund policy allows 10 days for the return of the item for end of refund orexchange. The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags.  

Please note that items purchased on promotion are FINAL SALE.

Shipping

Your order will be prepared between 24 to 72 hours after receipt and according to our business hours, then will be shipped in collaboration with Canada Post. 

As soon as your order has been completed, you will receive your confirmation by email. Check your spam! You will also receive a tracking number directly from Canada Post to track your delivery.  

Eva is a cooperative that offers a delivery service, it is in collaboration with this company that we offer you the possibility of receiving your packages as quickly as possible. Select this option at checkout.

 

The service is available Monday to Wednesday, between 12 p.m. and 17 p.m., simply select the express delivery option when billing and then as soon as the order is ready, it will be picked up in store.  

 

It is available for the Montreal region, the South Shore and the North Shore and the 2nd North Shore (Blainville, Boisbriand).
